Current Waiting Lists
We offer an array of mixed-income housing opportunities. Each apartment has different rental and income limits. ICCF Community Homes accepts Section 8 housing choice vouchers at all of our properties.
General Waiting List
The general waiting list has been filled and is now closed.
Southgate Senior Living
Southgate Senior Living (ages 62+) is currently accepting applications. You can find market-rate units available here, or apply for the waiting list for affordable units here.
Other Opportunities
We do offer other rental options not included in the waitlist. These rentals are set at a higher rental rate because they have limited or no outside funding sources.

We also own and manage apartments that are income-based. This is a special program with the Grand Rapids Housing Commission. To apply to the waitlist for income-based apartments, go directly to the Grand Rapids Housing Commission’s website.
