Advancement Specialist
The Advancement Specialist will be responsible for advancing the vision and mission of ICCF Community Homes through effective fundraising. This individual will be expected to cultivate, retain, and upgrade current donors as well as connect our organization through prospecting with new donors.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s Human Resources functions to include compensation and benefit administration, developing recruitment strategies, employee training and development, legal compliance, and employee engagement and workforce safety.
Job DescriptionSenior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for LIHTC accounting and month-end closing of assigned entities. They will interact with other departments to ensure tenant and subsidy payments, grant receipts, construction and development funding, donations and intercompany transactions are properly accounted for.
