Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for revenue processes and month-end closing of assigned entities. They will interact with other departments to ensure tenant and subsidy payments, grant receipts, construction and development funding, donations and intercompany transactions are properly accounted for. The Senior Accountant will also review daily cash receipts and allocate payments against specific transactions within our consolidated group of multiple entities.

The Accounting Specialist provides support to the finance team by managing and processing invoices and maintaining important financial documentation. This position is responsible for accurate and timely entry of invoices and credits in the Accounts Payable system for the various entities of ICCF.

Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance/CFO, the Controller position is responsible for the accounting operations of the organization, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the organization’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

The Community Connector position combines the skills of a community organizer with the spiritual and relational gifts of a parish priest or pastor. The Community Connector will help to design an on-site approach to building organic connections among the residents who call Stockbridge home and use an asset-based approach to work in partnership with other key neighbors who live and work in the neighborhood.

The Housing Counselor and Educator provides pre-purchase housing counseling and education services to prospective first-time homebuyers, helping them navigate the complexities of the home buying process, overcome financial barriers, and make informed decisions about homeownership. This role includes team collaboration, case management provision, record keeping, data tracking, program development, event coordinating, group education facilitation, and rapport building.

The Site Manager manages the day-to-day implementation of and compliance with policies, procedures, and programs ensuring well-managed and maintained properties, placing emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of our residents, environmental health and safety, and quality management. Site Managers pick up on new concepts in affordable housing property management that enhance the rental experience and positively impact our neighbors.
