Accountant
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, month-end closing of assigned entities, company credit cards and payroll. The candidate ensures compliance with accounting standards, prepares reports, and provides insights to support business decisions.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential properties and grounds. This role completes routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, responds to resident and staff requests, participates in an on-call rotation, and helps ensure properties remain safe, functional, and compliant with Fair Housing regulations.
