Rapid Re-housing

This program supports individuals experiencing homelessness secure permanent housing with the help of a case manager. Services include housing relocation and stabilization and financial assistance toward permanent housing, such as rent application fees, security deposits, moving costs, and rental assistance.

Required for this program: Referral from Coordinated Entry. Call 211 or Visit Community Housing Connect to complete an assessment.
