A new housing study assessed that Kent County will need 35,000 homes by 2027 to keep up with growing demand. The market will handle a lot of this need, but it will start at the top and work its way down.
At ICCF Community Homes, we prioritize differently.
We will start at the bottom, where 15,076 families will need affordable housing. These are our neighbors with limited assets and incomes. Our neighbors with unique barriers that prevent them from having a place to call home.
For nearly 50 years ICCF Community Homes has provided affording housing options to our neighbors living on the margins, one household at a time.
