Seymour Christian School and TIF Program
At ICCF Community Homes, we reimagine old spaces and turn them into much-needed affordable housing. We were honored to have our redevelopment project at Seymour Christian School highlighted by Michigan State Housing Development Authority. We are grateful that this affordable housing initiative, along with others in our state, will have access to new funding created by our legislature through the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Program.
At the event, we showed off preliminary plans for this redevelopment in the Alger Heights neighborhood. Our goal is to create condominium-style, affordable housing opportunities in this space.
