An Individual Development Account (IDA) is a matched savings account that enables families to save towards the purchase of a home. ICCF offers these accounts to qualified individuals.

Resident Engagement utilizes a comprehensive approach designed to move residents through a continuum of supports, addressing barriers to housing, education, and employment.
Family Self-Sufficiency
ICCF works with families to help them overcome barriers that interfere with economic independence. This includes obtaining/maintaining employment, increasing income, refining budgets, developing financials skills, and more.

Introduction to Homeownership Class
Participants will learn about topics related to purchasing a home. ICCF teaches the class through a variety of online and in-person options. After finishing the class, participants will get a certificate of completion approved by HUD/MSHDA.
Community Homes Land Trust
The CHLT Initiative provides affordable homeownership opportunities to income-qualified families while ensuring the long-term affordability of these homes.
Rapid Re-Housing
Rapid re-housing supports families and individuals experiencing homelessness in order to secure permanent housing.
