ICCF Community Homes is thrilled to be an official Charity Partner for the 2025 Amway River Bank Run. Join us as we RUN FOR HOME to raise funds and awareness for affordable housing efforts for our neighbors. Funds raised directly benefit the Community Homes Initiative that seeks to meet the challenges of our local housing crisis.

Why Run For Home?

Many of our neighbors need a safe, affordable place to call home. Your support raises funds to revitalize existing housing for affordable rental and homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income families. Evidence shows that housing security leads to a greater quality of life, health, employment stability, and educational success. As you Run for Home, you can help build thriving neighborhoods.

Your support helps provide housing solutions for:

10,000+ Affordable housing units needed in Kent County by 2027
400+ Yearly graduates from ICCF homebuyer’s education classes
600+ Families/Individuals living in ICCF affordable rental units
800+ Families on ICCF’s affordable rental waiting list (currently closed)
