The ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon is an annual opportunity to express ICCF’s gratitude to faithful donors who have included a legacy contribution to ICCF Community Homes in their estate plans. It also serves as an encouragement for other devoted ICCF donors who are considering a similar commitment to the long-range vision of ICCF Community Homes. This year’s Homes & Hope Luncheon was held Thursday, May 11, 2023, in the Commons courtyard at the ICCF Community Homes offices at 415 Martin Luther King Jr. St. SE.

Sixty-three guests enjoyed a catered meal and listened to featured remarks offered by former Grand Rapids Mayor George K. Heartwell, who was introduced by ICCF’s former CEO, Jonathan Bradford.

ICCF’s President & CEO Ryan VerWys shared some of our latest news, including two awards which ICCF Community Homes has recently received for the restoration and reuse of former school buildings. He also shared that ICCF has just recently secured an important initial approval required to procure funding for the renovation of the former Seymour Christian School into 27 condominium homes.

Pastor Brad Knetsch from Madison Church: South Hill Campus offered the Invocation, and Hank Kroondyk, ICCF Planned Giving Specialist, offered some closing remarks.
