Inner City Christian Federation, a nonprofit housing developer, is moving to a new headquarters on the city’s Southeast Side next year.

The organization will leave its current headquarters, 920 Cherry St. SE, and move to 415 Franklin St. SE, the former home of Grand Rapids Christian High School and the Kent County Department of Social Services.

The building will undergo a $19 million renovation to create space for ICCF, Maddison Church: Ford Campus, as well as 41 apartments and an on-site early learning center for low-income families.
