ICCF owns and manages about 450 affordable rental units scattered throughout southeast Grand Rapids. ICCF rental units serve a variety of income levels and family sizes with opportunities ranging from studio to 3-bedroom units.
ICCF & ENERGY EFFICIENCY
God has called us to care for his people and his creation.
ICCF builds homes that inspire homeowner confidence and pride, but also homes that are environmentally friendly and enhance our communities. All new multi-family developments seek Silver Level LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint. They feature Energy Star® appliances, low-E windows, and more.
ICCF & BEAUTY
Since ICCF’s inception, beauty has been an important factor in the housing work we do. Beauty serves to enrich our lives and to help instill pride and dignity. All of ICCF’s homes and housing developments are designed to be beautiful and to blend harmoniously with surrounding structures. This is why ICCF continues to build a variety of housing types; from mixed use, multi-story apartment buildings that become the home of many to duplexes scattered between single family homes. Offering a variety of housing choices allows ICCF to meet the needs of our neighbors while respecting the traditions and looks of Grand Rapids’ unique neighborhoods.
Below are some examples of ICCF rental housing and the variety of formats our housing has taken:

Due to the high volume of applicants on ICCF’s affordable housing wait list, we are not accepting new applications at this time. Being accepted to the waitlist doesn’t guarantee qualification or placement in a particular building.
