ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon 2025

Showcasing The Seymour Condominium Homes

This year’s ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon began with coffee and a presentation at Tabernacle Community Church. Ryan VerWys, ICCF’s CEO, told the 90+ guests about ICCF Community Homes’ vision to partner with and equip churches to re-purpose their unused property into affordable community-based homes. Pastor Artie Lindsay shared how his Tabernacle Church congregation has been blessed to play a critical part in ICCF’s restoration of their unusable dilapidated school building into 27 beautiful condominium homes.

Following the presentation, attendees took a walking tour of The Seymour condominiums right next door, listening to brief presentations along the way about the school and neighborhood’s history, various design and construction challenges, and seeing for themselves how these beautiful new homes will meet the needs of their income-qualifying purchasers.

After the tour, guests returned to Tabernacle Church for an informal lunch, a Q&A session, and closing remarks by Hank Kroondyk, ICCF Planned Giving Specialist, focusing on the statement: Restoring old buildings is a tangible reflection of God’s redemptive work in our world.

Through the annual ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon, ICCF Community Homes shares our gratitude with donors who have (or are considering) included a legacy contribution to ICCF in their estate plans.

THANK YOU!
