ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon

This year’s ICCF Homes & Hope Legacy Luncheon will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

The event will feature an initial gathering, beginning at 10:30 am, at Tabernacle Church, 2530 Eastern Ave SE, with coffee and three brief heart-warming, story-based presentations, one from Rev Artie Lindsay, Pastor of Tabernacle Church, followed by an ICCF homebuyer and a Homes & Hope legacy donor.

Following this gathering at the church, we will take a walking tour of The Seymour condominiums right next door. We will see for ourselves how ICCF has transformed this building, which served as the Seymour Christian Elementary School from its construction in 1943 until the school closed in 2002.

ICCF Community Homes purchased the property from Tabernacle Church in November 2020. Currently in reconstruction and scheduled for completion in September, this historic building, along with a connected new structure, will contain 27 affordable 2- and 3-bedroom condominium homes.

After our walking tour of The Seymour, we’ll return to Tabernacle Church for an informal lunch shared with our friends, all of whom have blessed ICCF with their past, present and future generosity, ending our time together at approximately 1:15 pm.
