Financial Capabilities

Our Financial Capabilities classes will ensure you are financially prepared for homeownership. Content for this three-session series includes:

  • Money management
  • Spending plans
  • Credit
  • Debt reduction and saving
  • Banking basics
  • Fair housing/lending
  • Consumer protection
  • And more!

All sessions must be attended in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.

CLASS POLICIES

  • $20 dollars for first registrant
  • $5 for each additional registrant in the same household
  • $5 reschedule fee per registrant
  • Only one reschedule allowed and must be requested at least 3 days before originally scheduled class
  • Fees may be waived for those with proof of hardship
  • All fees are non-refundable and registration is non-transferable
