2025 Houses to Homes Gala
“Why not?”
That was a question asked at this year’s Houses to Homes Gala. When a longtime ICCF resident took the leap to become a homeowner, her question of “Why not?” inspires us all to imagine new and lasting solutions to the challenges of affordable housing. It’s an acknowledgement that we know there are many barriers to entry for affordable renting and ownership, but with partnership and determination it is possible!
During the Gala, we celebrated the past year’s milestones, honored individuals and organizations advancing housing equity, and looked ahead at where God is leading all of us in this work. And we had an amazing time doing it!
Thank you to everyone who made this gala possible and all who continue to partner with ICCF Community Homes. There is still time to get involved with a gift here. Thank you for continuing to work toward equitable opportunity, affordable homes, and thriving neighborhoods. Together, we’ll keep asking “why not?” until affordable housing isn’t seen as a rare “miracle”, but simply a place to call home.
