We want you to live in a house that is healthy, safe and beautiful. Sometimes that requires home renovations.

ICCF offers a low-interest home improvement loan for low to moderate-income homeowners through MSHDA’s Property Improvement Program. This gives homeowners the option of performing repairs on their own or hiring a licensed contractor so they can fully enjoy the home of their dreams. 

Loan Details
Interest rates: Range from 4% to 8%
Loan term: Homeowners have up to twenty years to pay off loan
Equity: Is not required for loans under $25,000
