Home Maintenance Workshops

Class description
Our goal isn’t to help you find a home and leave you to figure the rest out on your own.  We’re always available to help you – whenever you need it.  We want you to understand how to care for your home so you’re not overwhelmed by the responsibility.  We want you to save money by performing repairs yourself rather than hiring someone else. 

We’ve always thought that best way to learn is by completing a project yourself.  ICCF offers numerous hands-on workshops that allow participants to visualize the problem and fix it themselves. 
All workshops are free of charge.

Prerequisite
Participants need to complete the Introduction to Home Ownership class before taking ICCF’s Home Maintenance and Management Workshops.
